Are your crystals real?

With the exception of some widely known man-made materials such as sandstone, opalite (which we clearly label as synthetic in the product details), all our crystals are entirely natural. If desired, we can provide certification upon request (additional appraisal fees apply).

How can I track my order?

Once your items are packaged and ready, we will notify you with the tracking number for your parcel. Occasionally, there may be delays in the tracking information being updated. However, you can reach out to our customer service for the latest logistics details or use https://www.17track.net/en to track your international shipment.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After you complete the payment, your items will be packaged and handed over to the logistics provider within 0-2 business days. Depending on the distance to different countries, it typically takes 7-15 days for you to receive your package. Some pre-ordered or custom-made items may require an additional production time of around 30 days.
