With the exception of some widely known man-made materials such as sandstone, opalite (which we clearly label as synthetic in the product details), all our crystals are entirely natural. If desired, we can provide certification upon request (additional appraisal fees apply).

How can I track my order?

Once your items are packaged and ready, we will notify you with the tracking number for your parcel. Occasionally, there may be delays in the tracking information being updated.
